Archived Continuing Education Credit Procedures

Thank you for your interest in participation in Title X Region IV - Region-wide Webinar trainings. These trainings are open to Title X providers in the eight southeastern states of DHHS Region IV - Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Continuing nursing and medical education credits are offered. To complete the training, you will need to:

 

1. Review the training PowerPoint along with the audio CD provided by your Title X Training Coordinator. The audio disc can be played on your computer or CD player, but you will need access to a computer and the internet to complete the process to receive continued education credits. The Audio CD will have a web link listed on its label that will take you to a website that will allow you to access and print the powerpoint handouts in .pdf, complete the evaluation and take the post test. To obtain a copy of the audio CD please email your business mailing information to email - GMartin@cicatelli.org. Gina Martin will forward your request to your state training coordinator.

2. Complete the on-line forms at the website accessible through the link provided on the audio CD label.

3. Correctly answer 3 out of 4 post-training on-line questions before the training closing date listed on the website. 

4. Print your electronic certificate. If you have a problem printing the certificate please contact the Cicatelli Associates Atlanta Office at 404-521-2151.
