Mapping a Patient Journey
We all use the term client centered services, but how do we know if our clinic operation really meet clients’ needs.  One process used to assess the patient experience is Patient Mapping.  This tool helps staff identify the steps involved in delivery of care from start to finish and can help identify how services can be provided more efficiently and effectively with existing resources. This session will review basic concepts of mapping as well as practical advice for improving the patient experience.
