Cicatelli Associates Inc. Hotel Reservations: Reservations for the El San Juan Hotel can be
made via phone at When calling the hotel, ask for the Group Reservation Department. A block of rooms is reserved under the conference group name of “Cicatelli Region II Family Planning Conference”. The government approved room rate is $195 plus $49.75 in taxes and charges each night plus a one time bellman’s fee of $4.75 for a single or double room. This rate will also be honored for the three nights prior to the conference. The hotel requires a one-night deposit to hold your room, and has a 24-hour cancellation policy prior to the date of arrival. No-shows will be charged the full room cost for the first night of the reservation. You must make your hotel reservations by April 16th. Parking Rates at the hotel are as follows:
