TRAINING CALENDAR & REGISTRATION

These trainings are for New York State Tobacco Control Program funded contractors ONLY.  If you are unsure if you qualify, please email us at TCTP@cicatelli.org.
	The deadline for registration is two weeks prior to the training date.
	(x)  indicates the training is either full or no longer available.
	For trainings held at hotels: We block a small number of rooms at the state rate. The booking code is NYS Tobacco Control. The block booking expires 30 days prior to the training date.
Registration & Instructions
1. Select the training(s) you would like to attend. You can register for multiple trainings at one time. Registration is limited to 35 participants. If possible, register for the location nearest you 2. After selecting your trainings, complete all of the information below. Enter your name as you would like it to appear on your name tag during training and provide your professional contact information. When finished, click the SUBMIT button. 3. After completing your registration, a “Thank You” screen will appear providing you with a list of trainings you successfully registered for. Print this for your records. 4. You will receive a confirmation letter and email approximately 2 weeks prior to training that includes training information, location and directions. 5. Questions?
