Cicatelli Associates Inc. (CAI),
the Regional Technical Assistance and Training Center for
Manhattan and Brooklyn has been providing training, technical
assistance, curriculum development, clinical consultation, and
other capacity building services to health and human service
providers for almost 30 years.
CAI has a long
history of working with chemical dependence treatment agencies
providing training, technical assistance, mentoring, and policy
guidance for integrating tobacco use and other interventions
into services. CAI has been providing training and TA to support
tobacco control policy implementation and interventions at the
national level and throughout New York State for over 9 years.
Currently, CAI
conducts two tobacco control projects for the NYSDOH Tobacco
Control Program: the Richmond County (Staten Island) Cessation
Center and the statewide Tobacco Control Training Project.
