Technical Assistance (TA)
CAI will
provide an array of TA to support policy and service implementation,
customized to meet the needs of individual agencies in Manhattan and
Brooklyn. We have provided TA to hundreds of chemical dependence and
health and human service agencies to support tobacco control policy
implementation and interventions into their services. This includes
the development of tobacco control curricula and training and TA
services that are based on best practices and evidence-based
interventions. CAI is well known for providing effective and
practical TA that supports the effective delivery of services and
implementation of programs.
We develop and provide TA using a variety of methods including
on-site TA with one or more agencies, site visits, and distance
learning techniques including interactive online programs, webinars,
online discussion boards and learning communities, phone and email
consultations and facilitated conference calls. We can customize TA
to address your specific needs, and work with you to provide ongoing
support, address challenges that arise, and provide opportunities
for exchange and ongoing learning.
Our TA experts have been selected to assist you in integrating tobacco control
policy, procedures and practices have expertise in both chemical
