The Region IV Infertility Prevention Project (IPP) is coordinated by Cicatelli Associates Inc. (CAI), a non-profit capacity building organization with offices in Atlanta and New York City. The project works to promote innovative, high-quality and cost-effective approaches in the prevention of infertility related to sexually transmitted infections (STI).

The goal of the Region IV IPP is to support healthcare professionals in preventing STI-related infertility by promoting science and evidenced-based standards in the planning, implementation and monitoring of targeted chlamydia and gonorrhea screening programs.

Public Health Service Region IV is comprised of eight southeastern States (i.e. Project Areas): Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
