Cicatelli Associates Inc. (CAI) is a mission-driven non-profit organization that has been dedicated to enhancing the quality of health care and social services delivered to vulnerable populations locally, nationally, and internationally for over 30 years. We stand out in the field because of our extensive experience, expertise, and meaningful relationship with our work and the populations we serve.
Our mission is to use the transformative power of education and research to foster a more aware, healthy, compassionate and equitable world. We work in a number of health and social service areas, but have a particular commitment to enhancing and improving the breadth and quality of care provided to underserved populations and low-income communities most impacted by health disparities.
Who We Serve
We develop and deliver a broad range of training and technical assistance services to health and social service providers to build their capacity to coordinate their services and better serve their clients. CAI works with state and local health departments, social service agencies, early childhood education programs, substance abuse treatment agencies, educational institutions, mental health facilities, private and publicly funded family planning programs, STD clinics, prenatal programs, community health centers, hospitals, youth-serving organizations, and HIV/AIDS service programs in the United States and around the world.
We have a strong track record in managing federal grants and cooperative agreements, managing large, complex national projects, building organizational capacity, developing curricula and supportive materials, planning and conducting national trainings and training of trainers, effectively using distance learning technologies to enhance learning, building organizational capacity and enhancing infrastructure, and helping agencies implement performance management systems that use data for rapid and ongoing improvement.
The combination of strong expertise, passion for our work and our devotion to a healthier, more compassionate and equitable world has driven CAI to the top of its field.
