About the Center for Capacity Development
Our Mission
We focus individually with each client to tailor capacity building activities to meet the needs of the community and the specific goals and objectives of the agencies who serve them.
This process may consist of:

Community/Agency needs assessment

Staff and client focus groups

Tailored trainings/ workshops and conferences

Detailed work plan and implementation assistance

Follow up to training and technical assistance on site,
by conference call or through the internet
