Reproductive Health

CAI has provided family planning training and technical assistance for more than 30 years. CAI promotes evidence-based services and the inclusion of cultural understanding in reproductive health services. CAI continually assesses the training needs of providers serving underserved and emerging populations. CAI provides measurable, outcomes/evidence-based systems change training and technical assistance to reproductive health sites.

CAI trains more than 10,000 health care providers annually in reproductive health services, including frontline staff, educators, clinicians, and administrators. CAI provides training and technical assistance that include but are not limited to the following topics:

  • Family planning and reproductive health services
  • Women's health
  • Sexually transmitted infections and HIV/AIDS
  • Adolescent health and teen pregnancy prevention
  • Reproductive health services to GLBT community
  • STI, HIV/AIDS, and reproductive health clinical updates

  • Clinical reproductive health services
  • Human trafficking
  • Intimate partner violence
  • Rape crisis counseling
