ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE - COPRECOS International Project

Cicatelli Associates Inc. (CAI), is seeking a highly motivated individual for the full-time position of Accounting Associate – COPRECOS International Project. This position is responsible for providing and managing all COPRECOS Project accounts payable processes and other accounting functions. She/he functions in a highly professional and knowledgeable manner. She/he will provide hands-on daily management of the accounts payable processes associated with the payment of invoices of this project. She/he will ensure the accuracy of the entire process as it relates to vendor payments, processing of purchase orders, receiving invoices and payment of invoices and communication with vendors, buyers and others. Bi-lingual English/Spanish required. Will ensure CAI’s and COPRECOS Project fiscal policies and procedures are adhered to as they pertain to accounts payable and other accounting functions.

PROJECT COORDINATOR, NYS CENTER OF EXCELLENCE (COE) FOR FAMILY PLANNING & REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH SERVICES

Cicatelli Associates Inc. (CAI), is seeking a highly motivated individual for the full-time position of Project Coordinator, NYS Center of Excellence (COE) for Family Planning and Reproductive Health Services. The Project Coordinator has responsibility for the day-to-day coordination of all activities associated with the New York State Department of Health Center of Excellence for Family Planning and Reproductive Health (COE). The COE’s goal is to support the NYS Department of Health’s network of Title X family planning providers in designing, implementing and monitoring efficient and effective health care delivery systems that promote reductions in teen and unplanned pregnancies, improved access to contraceptive and reproductive health services, particularly among young, low-income women of color, who are most at risk and most in need of services, by facilitating the development and implementation of high quality program management tools, training and capacity building services. PROGRAM MANAGER / GLOBAL HEALTH DIVISION

Cicatelli Associates Inc. (CAI), is seeking a highly motivated individual for the full-time position of Program Manager, Global Health Division. This individual provides management and coordination of CAI’s extensive international health programs and is responsible for the day-to-day direction, coordination and implementation of all project-related activities and contractual deliverables associated with CAI’s Global Health Division. This includes coordination of activities occurring in CAI’s international offices and with its Research Department. S/he facilitates cooperation between CAI Global Health division staff, Finance and other departments, as well as technical experts, funders and international partner agencies. This position has dual reporting to CAI’s Director of the Global Health Division and CAI’s President.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER/NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR

Cicatelli Associates Inc. (CAI), is seeking a highly motivated individual for the full-time position of Information Technology Manager/Network Administrator.   This is a management level position responsible for analyzing and directing all IT related activities of the organization, as directed by the CTO. This position is accountable for ensuring continuity of computer services for computer users throughout the organization through planning, technical leadership, and project coordination.  The IT Manager/Network Administrator may be required to independently perform troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and installation activities such as assembling and installing new computer equipment or units of local area networks requiring use of standard interface protocols.  She/he assists in installation and cabling, user support, backups, and maintenance of documentation. She/he plans and coordinates the configuration and operations of all personal computers and computer networks for individual departments and branch offices.

She/he is responsible for providing end-user support, training and maintenance of a variety of in-house developed databases and applications.

ASP Programmer/Consultant

Cicatelli Associates Inc. seeks an ASP Programmer/Consultant for development/modification and maintenance of a web based registration, evaluation and certification system. The web-based processes are linked and they support organization-wide systems and processes of registration, attendance, evaluation, testing and certification. These processes support CAI’s main corporate office and 2 satellite offices. Participation and training are offered nationally and internationally.

Preferred available technologies include ASP, MSAccess, MSSQL, MySQL (windows based server). Additional web systems available include HTML webpages, server with Frontpage extensions, PHP/MySQL open-source Learning Management System (Moodle) and Content Management System (Joomla).

CAI is seeking the consultant services of highly experienced writers with experience writing grant proposals in response to funding opportunity announcements issued by federal agencies, such as:

  • Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
  • Health Resources and Services Administration
  • Office of Adolescent Health
  • Office of Minority Health
  • Office of Population Affairs
  • Substance Abuse and Mental Health Association

Preferred candidates will have expertise in such areas as: Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention, HIV/AIDS, STD Prevention, Chronic Disease Prevention, Community Health and Education, Substance Abuse, Mental Health, Reproductive Health, and Eliminating Health Disparities.
