Assistance Toolkit
To offer post-training support to clinic sites working towards the integration of the Peer Advocates, Cicatelli Associates Inc. created two toolkits, one designed for Supervisors and one for Peers. The supervisory version contains tools such as sample policies and procedures documents and sample job descriptions for Peer Advocates. The toolkit for Peer Advocates contains items such as adherence support tools and patient education tools.
The toolkits are accessible on the TARGET center website and can be downloaded without charge. To download a copy of the toolkits, go to the following website: http://careacttarget.org/librarysearch.asp.
