Hotel Reservations:
Reservations for the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay can be made via phone at
(813) 874-1234 or (800) 233-1234. When calling
the hotel, ask for the Group Reservation Department. A block of rooms
is reserved under the conference group name of “OPA
Conference/Cicatelli.”
The
room rate is $101 plus taxes (currently around 12 % state and local
taxes, fees and assessments) per night for a single or double room. The
hotel requires a one-night deposit to hold your room.
You
must make your hotel reservations by March 31, 2010.
If you do not make your reservations with the Hotel by this deadline,
then you are responsible for finding your own alternative hotel
arrangements.
The
Hotel has a 48-hour cancellation policy prior to the date of arrival.
No-shows will be charged the full room cost for the dates of the
reservation.
