How to Apply

If you are interested in attending the 2010 Male Health Educator Training Institute, you must answer "yes" to the following:

• Are you employed by a Title X-funded agency or program?

• Do at least 50% of your job duties involve DIRECT
  contact with males?

If you are eligible and interested, you will be asked to complete a nomination form and submit to your Title X Regional Program Consultant (RPC). Upon receiving your Nomination Form, the RPC in your region will review all nominations from his/her region and submit a prioritized list of nominees to the Office of Family Planning Central Office. The OFP Central Office will make final decisions on attendance and notify all nominees of their decisions.
