Strengthening Collaboration between Latin-American PWHA Networks, VenezuelaMarch 2004
The Synergy Project contracted CAI to work with the two leading PWHA networks in Latin America, REDLA+ and REDCA+, to facilitate a three-day strategic planning session and skills building workshop in Isla Margarita, Venezuela. The program strengthened the networks' impact regionally by supporting collaboration and coordination of their efforts to promote the health and rights of PWHA in Latin America.
