CAI
went back to El Salvador and delivered a second series of
successful trainings on diverse topics such as Adherence to
Treatment, Rapid Testing, HIV/AIDS Counseling and Training
Skills. The trainings were delivered over a 5-month period to
audiences composed of clinical staff and PWHAs.
November-December 2007
CAI returned to El Salvador on Nov. 28-Dec. 4, 2007 to deliver a
four day TOT (Training of Trainers) program geared towards
preparing the participants to better train their staff to
respond to the HIV/AIDS epidemic in treatment and prevention.
2008
CAI returned to El Salvador to continue their work in the
HIV/AIDS National Program. They will be focusing their 2 day
training and conferences on Children ages 0-5 affected by the
epidemic. They will also continue their work with NGO’s in
strengthening the administration of
the National Plan. |
