Project Implementation and Management
Goal: To assist participants in addressing the need to plan and coordinate large, complex, multifunctional efforts.
Objectives:
· Identify project management and implementation goals, objectives, targets and timelines based on individual country national HIV plans.
· Identify program implementation strategies.
· Identify barriers and potential problems to project management and implementation.
· Use problem solving mechanisms to address barriers and potential problem.
· Create a plan for implementing quality assurance measures.
· Develop a project management plan which addresses objectives, targets and timelines.
