STD/HIV
Prevention Training Centers
The National
Network of STD/HIV Prevention Training Centers (PTCs) is a CDC-funded
group of regional centers. Ten of the centers provide STD clinical
training, four centers provide behavioral and social intervention
training, and four centers provider partner services and program
support training. Each center offers a variety of courses, all include
experiential, skills-building components.
The New York
City STD/HIV PTC provides STD clinical training for Region II. The
New York State STD/HIV PTC provides behavioral and social interventions
training, as well as partner services and program support training

Family
Planning Training Centers
Cicatelli Associates
Inc. (CAI) is the Region II Title X Training Center, serving all
of the Title X funded agencies in New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico,
and the U.S. Virgin Islands. CAI is also the coordinating agency
for the Region II Infertility Prevention Project. CAI provides a
wide range of training programs for staff of family planning and
STD programs, at little or no cost. For information about upcoming
