Part D Grantees' readiness to collect Client-Level Data (CLD) will be assessed by Cicatelli Associates Inc. (CAI) utilizing a standardized assessment tool that will be administered by mail, email, phone, and/or on-site assessments, depending on each grantee's needs. Upon completion of their assessment, grantees will receive individualized action plans addressing identified gaps in readiness and linking them to technical assistance available through HRSA.
