HRSA’s HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) funded this three-year training and technical assistance project, with the goal of demonstrating the effective involvement of consumers in enhancing services and supporting the work of Part D care providers.  Through the establishment and strengthening of consumer/provider partnerships, the daunting challenges of identifying and recruiting the most hard-to-reach adolescents and women, and navigating them into and retaining them in care, can be successfully addressed. 

CAI will work towards meeting this goal by offering two training programs (“Recruitment and Retention of HIV+ Women into Services” and “Transitioning HIV+ Youth from Adolescent to Adult Services”) as well as post-training technical assistance.  For more information about the training and technical assistance programs, please click on the links below.
