AIDS Institute (AI) CAI offers other programs related to HIV/AIDS. CAI is funded by the New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute HIV Education and Training Programs to function as a Regional Training Center (RTC) and Center of Expertise (COE). As a Regional Training Center and Center of Expertise, CAI offers a flexible menu of training programs that are determined in collaboration with the AIDS Institute, other regional training organizations, and HIV/AIDS service providers. Cicatelli associates delivers 72 to 75 AIDS Institute training programs to more than 1,600 participants every year. These programs are available to all Health and Human Service Providers unless otherwise specified.
