Center for Addictions Training and Technical Assistance (CATTA) The Center for Addictions Training and Technical Assistance (CATTA) formally known as SAATI offers training to staff of substance abuse and alcoholism treatment agencies in all modalities. Since its founding in 1994, CATTA has provided continuing education credits through New York State OASAS to participants who complete its training programs; participants may apply their earned credits towards their CASAC credentialing requirements. CATTA offers an extensive calendar of training programs, which is sent to provider agencies twice each year.
