is a learning management system that deploys online training programs and meetings (or e-learning), as well as tracks activity such as registration, assessments, evaluations, surveys, questionnaires, etc.

Whether or not there is a fee is dependent on the type of continuing education credit and the course. CAI provides a variety of continuing education credits. The type of credits, and any fees, are included in the profile/description for each course.

do I get my continuing education credit certificate?

the mail. You can either pay via credit card online using
PayPal (secure system), or send us a check, along with
a Continuing Education Credit Request Form. Specific instructions
are included in each course, along with any necessary
forms.

is a learning management system?

A
system that tracks student progress in an online course
or event. Learning management systems track individual
student progress, record scores of quizzes and tests,
and track registration and enrollment. Cicatelli's learning
management system is called CAIOnline.

is another term for distance learning. Both are terms
used to describe learning from a distance, or electronically,
usually from home or from a remote location. E-learning
encompasses any type of educational situation in which
the instructor and students are separated by time, location,
or both.
