WIC TRAINING CENTER -
PROJECT DIRECTOR
Based
in the NYC office, the WIC Training Center Project
Director manages the statewide WIC Program Training Services project, and
serves as the primary liaison with the NYSDOH Bureau of Supplemental Food
Programs (BSFP). She/he oversees the delivery of WIC trainings throughout NY
State, using a variety of modalities, including computer-based, classroom,
webinars and/or conferences. Plans, organizes, and develops WIC training
schedules and curricula as required. Supervises training center staff and is
responsible for quality assurance.

WIC TRAINER
The WIC Trainer provides computer-based WICSIS
training and other trainings on WIC Program training topics to WIC local agency
staff. Training topics will include, but not be limited to: WICSIS for Clerks
and CPAs, Pro-ration/Return/Reissue, Nutrition Risk Assessment, High-risk
Nutrition Counseling, VENA Trainings, Nutrition Training/Education/Counseling,
and Customer Service.
